only four days, Valerie Page Parashumti and Jessica Ellen Stasinowsky,

Supreme Court justice Peter Blaxell sentenced Parashumti, 19, and Stasinowsky,
21, to 24 years in jail each.
Blaxell said the "particularly horrifying and shocking" crime
was devoid of a substantial motive.
"You have each had more than a year in custody to reflect upon
the evilness of your crime yet you still lack remorse and obviously place
no value on the sanctity of human life," he said. "There is also the added
problem that you each enjoy being sexually aroused by the infliction of
violence."
Stasinowsky and Parashumti, who had been together just a month,
have offered no explanation or motive for the killing other than that Stacey
"annoyed'' them.

Sentenced 20 Years For Attack on 15-Year-Old Boy
The Spotsylvania gay whom a jury found guilty Thursday of forcibly
sodomizing a 15-year-old boy could spend 23 years in jail. The jury recommended
Cecil Lamont Bryant, 43, spend 20 years on the sodomy conviction, two years
for distributing marijuana to a juvenile and one year for contributing
to the delinquency of a minor. Commonwealth's Attorney Bill Neely said
a pre-sentence report will be made for Bryant's formal sentencing in April.
Bryant was charged last July after the 15-year-old reported to police that
he had been sexually assaulted by Bryant, who first got him drunk and high
on marijuana.

Jailed Again for Sexually Abusing Young Boys
A former school teacher and Nationals member serving an eight-year
jail term for sexually abusing young boys has had three years added to
his sentence for similar offences. Garry Robin Ford, 58, was convicted
of four added offences - wilful exposure of a child to an indecent film,
indecent treatment of a child under 16, permitting sodomy and attempted
sodomy - in December 2006 in the Supreme Court in Brisbane.

Tells Grandmother About Gay Attack
KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- A young boy's revelation to his grandmother has
led to a Kansas City "man" being charged with several sex crimes. According
to court documents, charges were filed against 37-year-old Darrin R. Wilkinson
after the grandmother of the victim reported that her grandson told her
Wilkinson had engaged in sex acts with him. The crimes happened on several
occasions between May and August of 2007, at Wilkinson's Kansas City residence,
the victim told his grandmother. The youngster was later questioned by
juvenile authorities and gave details of the incidents he had told his
grandmother about. Wilkinson was charged Thursday with three counts of
first degree statutory sodomy and one count of first degree child molestation.
Prosecutors have requested a $250,000 cash only bond.

Convict Accused of Raping Boy, 6, in Public Library
NEW BEDFORD, Mass. -- A convicted gay who was released from prison
over prosecutors' objections has been charged with raping a 6-year-old
at a public library while the boy's mother used a computer nearby. Corey
Saunders was arrested outside a homeless shelter Wednesday evening shortly
after a librarian saw them together, became suspicious and notified the
mother, authorities said. Saunders, 26, was convicted in 2001 of indecent
assault and battery and attempted rape on a child for attacking a 7-year-old
boy in a foster home where he was placed. He was released about a year
ago by a judge even though prosecutors and three psychologists said he
was likely to strike again.

SANDUSKY, Ohio -- John Riems, 49, is charged with raping a paralyzed
patient at the nursing home where he was a night-side nurse, and police
say he claimed to have attacked scores of others - so many that he couldn't
recall them all. Police say Riems sexually assaulted a 55-year-old man
as he lay partially paralyzed in his bed at the Concord Care and Rehabilitation
Center. Riems told police he had abused almost 100 patients since 1985,
at up to 10 nursing homes, but could remember specific information on only
about two dozen patients, Perkins Township Police Chief Tim McClung said
after Riems pleaded not guilty last week to charges of rape and gross sexual
imposition.

LEADING campaigner for gay rights is in jail awaiting trial on a child
porn charge.
Jamie Rennie, 37, who has worked with Big Brother star John Loughton,
has been charged over indecent images of a child.
He is also charged with sending an offensive message.
Rennie, the chief executive of Lesbian Gay Bisexual Transgender
Youth Scotland, appeared at Edinburgh Sheriff Court last month.

Teacher Gets Only 1 Year for Homosexual Attack on Boy, 14
A primary school teacher who had sex with a 14-year-old boy was jailed
for a year yesterday. James Moyes, 32, a former social worker and a children's
nurse from Cumbernauld, met his victim through the internet social networking
site Faceparty. Dunfermline Sheriff Court heard that Moyes was working
at Foulford Primary School in Cowdenbeath, Fife. At an earlier hearing,
Moyes admitted gross indecency and committing homosexual acts with a person
under 16.

changes in California's school curriculum, which "gay rights" advocates
now admit will alter the very foundation of information presented to public

ST. LOUIS -- Michael Devlin, already sentenced to multiple life sentences
for kidnapping and sexually assaulting two Missouri boys, received one
final sentence Friday — an additional 170 years on federal charges. U.S.
District Judge Jean Hamilton went well beyond the sentencing guideline
of 30 years for Devlin, who pleaded guilty in October to six counts for
making pornographic photos and videotapes of one of the victims, Shawn
Hornbeck, and taking him across state lines on trips to Illinois and Arizona
with the intent of sexually assaulting him.

Five gays who sexually abused an 11-year-old boy at a remote Top End
Aboriginal community should not be called rapists, according to a Supreme
Court judge. Claevon Cooper and Isiah Pascoe, both now 20, pleaded guilty
to abusing the boy along with three teenagers - 14, 17 and 18. The five
males pleaded guilty in October to a total of eight charges, but only two
of the defendants, Cooper and the 18-year-old, were accused of having sexual
intercourse with the boy. Northern Territory police began investigating
the case in June last year after the victim was treated for gonorrhoea
at a Darwin hospital.

Anthony Harper Denies Having Sex With Boy, 13
Anthony D. Harper, a West Seneca middle school French teacher and wrestling
coach, Monday pleaded not guilty to charges of sodomizing a 13- year-old
boy this summer. Harper, 33, of Teachers Lane, Hamburg, was allowed to
remain free on a $15,000 bail bond after Erie County Judge Thomas P. Franczyk
accepted a not guilty plea on his behalf from his lawyer to a sevencount
indictment involving his alleged sexual ties to the boy. Franczyk refused
to let him contact parents of pupils as he fights the indictment.

Prosecutors can use evidence uncovered through an inspection of more
than 800 patient records in the molestation trial of former child psychiatrist
Dr. William Ayres, a judge ruled Monday, despite his attorney’s contention
the search warrant was an invasion of doctor-patient confidentiality. Ayres,
75, is accused of fondling dozens of former male patients under the guise
of conducting medical examinations. He is charged with 20 felonies stemming
from seven alleged victims but prosecutors maintain there are a number
of others who fall outside the statute of limitations. In his decision,
Runde added although he denied the motion it could be revisited during
the criminal trial.

Catholic Principal Must Answer Questions About Homosexual Crimes
WILMINGTON, Del. -- The former principal of Salesianum School must
answer more questions sexual abuse allegations made against him by a former
student in a 2004 lawsuit, a Superior Court judge has ruled. The Rev. James
W. O'Neill is expected to be deposed today by lawyers for Eric Eden of
Wilmington. O'Neill is a priest with the Oblates of St. Francis de Sales.
He responded to questions about Eden's allegations in the first deposition,
taken in September 2004, but invoked his Fifth Amendment right against
self-incrimination some 190 times in a second deposition in July. Eden
says O'Neill abused him hundreds of times during a nine-year period that
ended in 1985 after he told his parents.

Priest Admits Abusing Boys
A former Catholic priest has admitted to lewd behavior or sex acts
with at least five boys during his tenure with the Archdiocese of Indianapolis,
according to records filed this week in a case that goes to court Monday.
Harry Monroe, the subject of 13 sexual abuse lawsuits that name him and
the archdiocese as co-defendants, said he no longer contests the allegations
against him but can't remember specifics about all the incidents, alleged
to have taken place from 1974 to 1984. Yet the cases may never move to
trial.

A well-known retired Lexington music teacher who was facing three felony
counts of third-degree sodomy accepted a plea agreement yesterday, giving
up his right to fight the accusations of three men who say he sexually
abused them more than 20 years ago. Charles F. Little Jr., 58, entered
an Alford plea -- meaning he was not admitting guilt, but acknowledging
there was enough evidence to find him guilty if he went to trial -- to
three counts of sexual misconduct. The amended charge is a misdemeanor
that carries a penalty of six to 12 months in prison.

WINSTON-SALEM -- A former Triad middle school teacher indicted last
April on sex offenses pleaded guilty to all charges Wednesday in a Forsyth
County courtroom. Robert Watson was sentenced to 18 years, nine months
in prison for six counts of indecent liberties with a student and seven
counts of indecent liberties with a child while he was a teacher a Clemmons
Middle School. There were 32 charges in all. The incidents, which occurred
two years ago, were committed against 10 male students.

Aide Arrested In Sex Sting
WASHINGTON -- A former aide to
Sen. Maria Cantwell is in federal custody after being arrested on a
charge of attempting to sexually exploit a minor. James Michael McHaney
was fired Friday from his job as a scheduler for Cantwell, D-Wash., hours
after he was arrested by FBI agents. According to court papers, McHaney,
known as Mike, tried to arrange a lunchtime meeting with an unidentified
person posing as a 13-year-old boy. When the witness asked whether McHaney
was interested in sex with a 13-year-old, McHaney allegedly replied, "I'll
be there," the court papers said. He later asked for a photo of the child.

MILWAUKEE -- A mother in Wisconsin is facing a sexual assault charge
for allegedly having her daughter take part in sex acts along with her
decades ago. A Milwaukee County Circuit Court criminal complaint alleges
that nearly 23 years ago, Nancy E. Brome, 58, of Delavan had her then 8-year-old
daughter engage in various sexual acts, the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel
said Saturday. The sex charges against Brome and Joseph Hallows, a disbarred
Wauwatosa lawyer, stemmed from recent testimony from Browe's daughter,
now 31, and a series of diary entries.

BENTON -- A Scott City sodomite will spend a minimum of almost 13 years
in prison for his crimes. Travis Eaker, 29, was sentenced to 15 years each
in the Missouri Department of Corrections on one count of first degree
assault and two counts of first degree sodomy by Circuit Judge Mark Richardson
in Butler County. Eaker was initially charged with first degree assault
on May 7, 2006, after a 7-year-old male was hospitalized for a fractured
pancreas.

Priest's Plea May End Jail Time?
Former Roman Catholic priest Daniel C. Clark has pleaded guilty to
two charges of sexually abusing boys in Bullitt County under an agreement
that could spare him further time in prison. Clark was scheduled to face
a retrial beginning today on two counts of first-degree sexual abuse after
the Kentucky Supreme Court overturned his original conviction in 2003.
Under the plea agreement, Clark would serve probation for the remainder
of his sentence, Bullitt Commonwealth's Attorney Michael Mann said.

Gay Found Guilty of Child Enticement
The jury believed the soft-spoken boy. Even though in court he couldn't
recognize his attacker -- whose face was obscured behind a bushy beard
-- the 9-year-old had said, yes, it was Tommy Wayne Boyd who lured him
into those woods. So jurors convicted the 30-year-old Springfield man Thursday
of attempted enticement of a child, a felony. His public defender plans
on appealing the verdict, and will also file for a new circuit court trial.
The verdict marks the third time Boyd's been in the penal system for a
sex crime. According to court documents, Boyd had earlier been "in the
juvenile system for the very same kind of crime, for sodomy of a 12-year-old
boy."

Suspect in Rape of Boy Denied Release on Bail
PLEASANTON -- A request to set bail for a Livermore man accused of
molesting and raping a 15-year-old relative repeatedly over the last 11
years was rejected by an Alameda County Superior Court judge Wednesday,
sending some of the more than 40 of the defendant's family members from
the courtroom in tears. Ariel Bumanlag, 41, faces nine counts each of aggravated
sodomy on a child younger than 14 and aggravated oral copulation of a child
younger than 14, three counts of sodomy by use of force, and two counts
of forcible oral copulation. He was arrested Nov. 7, two days after the
most recent alleged assault. He remained in Santa Rita jail without bail
Thursday.

A "man" living in a Unadilla trailer park was arrested Sunday on charges
he sodomized a child younger than 11, used a child in a sexual performance
and promoted a sexual performance by a child. Steven T. Hunt, 52, faces
three felony charges including first-degree criminal sexual act. He was
arraigned in Sidney Village Court and sent to Delaware County jail on $100,000
bail. The alleged sexual contact occurred in the village of Sidney, but
Hunt lived at a trailer park in the town of Unadilla, said Sidney-based
state police Investigator Jamie Bell.

JERUSALEM -- A man who fled the U.S. for Israel more than two decades
ago amid accusations he sexually abused children while pretending to be
a rabbi and psychologist appeared in court in Jerusalem, a step toward
his possible extradition. Abraham Mondrowitz, 60, a member of the ultra-Orthodox
Gur Hasidic Jewish sect, arrived in court Sunday after his arrest in Jerusalem
on Friday. He is accused of abusing children while running an unlicensed
private clinic in Brooklyn during the 1980s. In December 1984, New York
police charged that on two occasions in June of that year, Mondrowitz abused
a 10-year-old boy at his home.

A former Columbia police officer accused of killing a University of
Missouri-Columbia student he was having a homosexual affair with three
years ago has returned to Boone County to await a new first-degree murder
trial. Steven Rios, 30, arrived at the Boone County Jail at about 5 p.m.
Friday, Boone County sheriff’s Capt. Warren Brewer said. Rios is being
held in isolation because he is a former law enforcement officer.

Years Later, a Homosexual Child Abuse Suspect's Extradition Is Sought
Prosecutors in Brooklyn said yesterday they were pursuing the extradition
of a gay who fled to Israel more than 20 years ago after being accused
of molesting young boys. The gay, Avrohom Mondrowitz, 59, was indicted
in 1985 on eight counts of child abuse and five counts of sodomy involving
four boys ages 9 to 15. He left for Israel before he could be arrested.
Michael Lesher, a lawyer for six other men who said they had been molested
by Mr. Mondrowitz, said that Mr. Mondrowitz was believed to have sexually
assaulted boys while posing as an educator or psychological counselor in
Borough Park, Brooklyn.

Teacher Indicted On Sex Charges
FRANKLIN -- A Williamson County grand jury has indicted former Independence
High School teacher Heather Thorsby on seven counts related to an alleged
inappropriate relationship with a student. Thorsby, 34, is charged with
three counts of statutory rape by an authority figure, two counts of sexual
battery by an authority figure and two counts of exploitation of a minor
by electronic means. Prosecutors presented the case to a grand jury on
Nov. 5. In May, Williamson County Sheriff Ricky Headley said Thorsby told
school officials she’d been having an inappropriate relationship with a
female student. Headley said the relationship began as a friendship but
turned sexual. The girl turned 18 in March. Her parents uncovered the relationship
after finding a message in her room, Headley said. The parents went to
school officials.
