Hello, I am a staunch Anti-Abortionist.  In preparation for a school presentation on the murderous ways of abortionists, I have been conducting research of various Pro-Life sources on the Internet.  I noticed your website, and read the complete story about the actions of Paul Hill, and would just like to offer my condolences to all whom were close to him.  His actions are truly those of an American Hero, whom deserves the utmost respect from those who wish to protect the lives of unborn children around the country.

I am a staunch anti abortionist, and am deeply impressed by what Paul Hill has done.
Although I think I will never be able to kill somebody unless he's a danger to my family,
Paul has been able to save lots of unborn children by his shooting an abortionist.
In a world where unsane people are protected just for them to be able to generate more

Hello, my name is Kei Iikawa.  I am a Japanese (30 years old) who is also an anti-abortionist.
 I found the news about Mr. Paul Hill in a Japanese newspaper.  I am very sad to know that he was executed.
 Honestly, I wish he ran away from the scene after he shot the murderous abortionist.  Even though I think I would have fled the scene, I also understand why he didn't run: he had to let people know why abortionists shouldn't exist.
 I have never killed anybody and I don't think I can unless my wife and children are in danger.  But, I sincerely respect Mr. Paul Hill's courageous action.
 May God bless his soul.  I am sorry I couldn't do anything to help him.
 I am in Japan now, and planning to run for a city mayor's election.  I am now more encouraged to work on the abortion issue because of Mr. Paul Hill's brave action.   If I win the election, I hope to be able to make some change and not let any innocent babies die for egoistic reasons of their parents and abortionists.

Paul Hill was a meek and humble soul; contrary to what many  so-called "pro- lifers" and proabortionists believed.
 Paul was a loving and thoughtful husband even during his incarceration. He would send his wife her favorite perfume for Christmas, and send out his watercolor and calligraphy artwork to his friends and family.
 One of Paul's favorite books was Desiring God by John Piper. Paul yearned for,( and achieved) intimacy with God.
 Paul ministered to other inmates, and his final act of kindness was to give what little moneys he had to a fellow Christian inmate who had very little family support.
 Paul laid his life down for the least of the brethren.
 He paid the ultimate price for doing so.

Paul Hill's act of killing the murderous abortionist was not a crime worthy
of death. In fact, it was not a crime at all. It was a heroic and courageous
act carried out to save babies. And save babies it did. Paul Hill was
murdered by the state of Florida for saving babies. He was murdered in the
name of saving the baby killing abortion industry. He was slaughtered on the
alter of convenience and hedonism. If the second coming of the Lord Jesus
Christ does not take place first, Paul Hill will one day be seen by many
more people in America as a hero. When Paul Hill entered into the presence
of God on September 3, 2003, I believe that  when he entered into glory
those there who were murdered by abortionists in some way knew he was a man
who fought for the unborn and they were cheering him when he arrived.

My response to Gary North who condemns Paul Hill and yet claims to have the love of God,
Mr. Gary North.  Interesting, so you think it better to have let the abortionist murder 32 innocent babies, then to save their lives.   Do you feel the same way about born children? Say, like if the abortionist was going into a first grade classroom and was about to murder those children and Paul Hill decided to save the first graders, do you feel the same way? DS

Yes, I agree, I am watching CNN show pictures of the victims from the World Trade Center. Why didn't CNN show any aborted babies during their coverage of Paul's trial?  What about those victims?

Also they are making the passengers of the Flight in Pennsylvania out to be heroes, because 'they fought back and saved countless lives'. What hypocrites, why do they not even entertain the idea that Paul Hill did the same thing.

It as if CNN accused the passengers of the Pennsylvania flight of murdering pool helpless Moslems and totally ignored why they fought back. That is how they treat Paul Hill. in their zeal to protect the child killers, they ignore the fact that the abortionist was on his way in to murder children when Paul Hill stopped him with force, just like the passengers of the Pennsylvania plane.


Paul Hill. How hypocritical. I have read numerous articles, seen TV shows, and listened to radio programs regarding Paul Hill; both secular and Christian, NOT ONE considered for a second the lives of the babies that Paul Hill saved. They were only interested in castigating and vilifying Paul Hill for doing what he had to do to save those children. What hypocrites. If that abortionist was about to murder their children, and Paul Hill saved their children's lives, they would shut their hypocritical lying mouths. Paul Hill did the right thing. He is a great man and the truth will prevail beyond all their stupid lies.

Abortion doctors commit premeditated, cold-blooded murder 10 or 20 times a day, What Paul Hill did was absolutely justified.

A few minutes before 6 PM on September 3rd, a great storm arose and the sky turned black at Florida State Prison. I remarked to Paul's lawyer that this is like when Jesus was crucified. While I was in the observation room, the lights flickered a couple of times as well as a thunderclap; this was right before Paul spoke his 'last words'.  I was wondering if I would be sitting in the dark and started thinking whether the prison had back up generators; and if so, would they go ahead with the execution. From reports outside, both from media and Paul's friends, a long bolt of lightning happened around 6 PM. It was seen from the sky, all the way to the ground, and hit somewhere close to the prison. There were other lightning bolts as well. A few minutes after 6 PM, the storm ended as suddenly as it started and then began a gentle rain. I personally so not think this was coincidence. DS

Diana went into Planned Parenthood to have her unborn child murdered. She died as well as her child. All the 'pro-lifers' are upset about Diana's death, not so much about her child's. Why aren't the 'pro-lifers' condemning her, as well as,  all the women/girls that have abortions as much as they condemn Paul Hill? Aren't the women who murder their unborn children just as much 'murderers' as Paul Hill?

 Perhaps I've had my head in the clouds, but I just heard about the Paul Hill story today. I have just viewed the photographs of the murdered babies on your website. There are few images that could upset me more than these. How can we here in the West call ourselves Christians and continue to turn a blind eye to this barbarism? My wife and I have two healthy children and, thank God, have never participated in an abortion...
 I've never given this subject much thought until now. Until now! Please tell Paul Hill's family that he did not die in vain. I have just decided to become an active Pro Life supporter. I am sure that Paul will walk with the Lord.

Thank you for your good scriptural teachings over the years. I hope you have
more words for those who believe in defensive action before you are taken from
us.

I have to admit that the scriptural truths that you brought us have plagued
me and caused me much discomfort as I battle my own willingness to trust and
obey God. Those who are active in this battle recognize that their are many
different types of soldier and many different fronts in this battle. I respect
that you used all of them in your efforts to save human life from an unjust
aggressor ands did not discount any. And I will not discount yours like some!

I have to admit my uncomfortableness in not attempting to rescue you from an
unjust death inspite of your request to have your blood mixed with the
children and your refusal to allow appeals. I am after all a Christian rescuer.
 For years, your impending death has caused deep personal concerns for this
nation, specifically my children and grandchildren and how God's wrath might
encompass them along with the wicked. For this reason, I weep more today than
ever for your wrongful sentence.
  I just wanted to write and tell you and others that your spirit of
intervention lives on in each of us and I pray in many to come.
 When we share of this day with our children, we will share of a man of faith!

  To me, you are Love.  May God's deep peace and comfort be with you and your
family now and ever more.  May your life and parting bear much fruit, and may
our God (JESUS) forgive His people for our neglect to do all in our power to
rescue those unjustly sentenced to death, as He commanded.  May He bring us to
repentance for this hideous sin.  You are an inspiration to me!  I have grown
weary from this fight for the unborn.  Thinking of examples like you who are
martyrs for Christ and His brethren (the least of these) I am beside myself!  You

My beloved brother, the Reverend Paul Jennings Hill,
     On July 14 I delivered a load of steel to a destination in central Florida and then deadheaded to Savannah to
pick up my next load.  So my heart was filled with remorse and sorrow when I went up U.S. Rt. 301 through Starke
knowing that you were only a few miles away.  I had procrastinated  in my efforts to get on your approved visitors list.
I had filled out the form, itself, right away; but I had put off making up a separate supplemental page which
they would require listing my various convictions, dates of convictions, courts, etc.  Please forgive me, my brother!
I hadn't felt any urgency to do it, as though I might run out of time soon, because I didn't really
expect this to happen.  I still hope it won't!  I always hoped that it would be put off and put off until Yahweh,
our God, puts His people in power and authority once again.  For then you would be released and given a
Medal of Honor!  I just can't believe this is really going to happen!  A world without Paul Hill?  Inconceivable!
Shortly after the news of the date came out I was talking to our brother, Neal, and told him  I couldn't believe it
was happening and couldn't conceive of a world without Paul Hill.  He replied that he felt the
same way and couldn't imagine it , either, but added that we have to act and plan like it might happen.
In other words, we have to be there on that date for a vigil.  Everyone I've spoken to feels compelled to go
there on that date.  We wouldn't let such a travesty, such a tragedy, and such a historical event transpire quietly.
     You are the finest example of valor, honor, gallantry, and manhood that the United States of America has
ever produced, and I'm sure you will remember to lay the honor at the feet of our Precious Lord and Savior,
Jesus Christ, Who is worthy of all praise, honor, and glory.  I feel honored to have been associated with you
before you carried out your mission and have boasted about how, while I was still in prison, you accepted a collect
call from me 19 days before you did it.  I, too, lay the honor at Jesus' feet.  Hallelujah!
     I have strong mixed feelings about the situation.  After you were "convicted" in that unjust court and while
you were awaiting sentencing everyone was saying we should pray that you wouldn't be sentenced to death.
I, also, strongly desired for your life to be spared.  Notwithstanding, I did not pray that you would not be thus
sentenced.  What I prayed was what Jesus prayed in Gethsemane, "Nevertheless, not my will, but thine be done."
Still, I was sad when I heard what the sentence was. As I said, I have strong mixed feelings about these things.
I know that you have always wanted this sentence and for the sentence to be carried out.  Also, as one who has been imprisoned for seven years, I would want the same thing  as you want if I were in your place.  A stay of execution
would be against your wishes, and the carrying out of the execution would mean you would be freed from that wretched
dungeon and go home to be with the Lord.  Forgive me, my brother, I don't want you to go yet!  None of us do.
How can there be a world without Paul Hill?  We will all be there on the appointed date.  There will be great
rejoicing if, somehow, there is a stay of execution.  I will try to remember to encourage the others that we should
rejoice for your sake if the stay does not happen, though.  It would leave a huge hole in the world.  Many of us think it could usher in the cup of God's wrath.  We'll all be looking up in anticipation that our salvation draweth nigh.
     It's hard to imagine why it might be the Lord's will for you to be sacrificed, but Jesus' disciples felt the same way about His
crucifixion.

                         "For My thoughts are not your thoughts, nor are your ways My ways,"
                         says the LORD.  "For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are
                         My ways higher than your ways, and My thoughts than your thoughts..."
                         Isaiah 55:8-9

Also                  When He opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of those
                        who had been slain for the word of God and for the testimony which they held.
                        And they cried out with a loud voice, saying, "How long, O Lord, holy and true,
                        until You judge and avenge our blood on those who dwell on the earth?"
                        Then a white robe was given to each of them, and it was said to them that
                        they should rest a little while longer, until both the number of  their fellow
                        servants and their brethren, who would be killed as they were, was completed.
                        Revelation 6:9-11

And                  "Most assuredly, I say to you, unless a grain of wheat falls to the ground and
                        dies, it remains alone, but if it dies, it produces much grain.  He who loves his
                        life will lose it, and he who hates his life in this world will keep it for eternal
                        life...."                      John 12:24-25
