Matthew pled guilty to a felony charge of first-degree damage to property in Ramsey County District Court. Matthew has a plea agreement and if  approved by Judge John Van de North will include:
1. Maximum 100  days in jail.
2. Will be ordered to stay away from all babykilling Planned Parenthood  abortion mills in Minnesota.
3. Have a psychiatric evaluation.
4. Will be ordered to pay restitution to the babykilling Planned Parenthood abortion mill.
Matthew Derosia is schedule to be sentence on May 12 this year.

Matthew Derosia is charged with driving into the entrance of the babykilling Planned Parenthood clinic in St. Paul Minnesota with his SUV.
"Jesus told me to do it" said Matthew (and who am I to dispute that).  Matthew Derosia rammed the babykilling abortion mill twice and then got out and quoted verses from the Holy Bible and said the words, Close down the Auschwitz death camp and Stop the murderers. Damage to the babykilling Planned Parenthood was estimated the damage at between $2,500 and $5,000.

Matthew Derosia took this action on Roe v Wade day January 22nd, the date when babykilling was made legal nationally.

Brian Gibson, executive director of Pro-Life Action Ministries, called Derosia's actions "contrary to all that we hold dearly. It was the act, in my opinion, of a deranged mind. We condemn all violence that could harm human beings, whether they be employees of Planned Parenthood or the unborn that are killed there."

Attention Brian Gibson.
Brian Gibson why did you condemn Matthew Derosia who only drove a van into a babykilling facility, yet accept women who actually murder their own children by abortion and have the blood of their own children on their hands?
What is more important to the LORD Jesus Christ, to save babies about to be murdered in a babykilling abortion mill or the facade of that babykilling abortion mill? To you it is the facade of the babykilling abortion mill that needs protecting and not the babies being murdered.
How do you know the Jesus didn't tell Matthew Derosia to do what he did? You obviously do not have the guts to actually take action, why are you condemning someone who did?
John 7:24 Judge not according to the appearance, but judge righteous judgment.

 Comments from Matthew Derosia's mother just after the event.

Derosia's mother told 5 EYEWITNESS NEWS that her son claimed God had been talking to him to save unborn babies, but never thought he'd do something like this.

"I'm not saying what he did was right at all. It was a terrible thing to do. But Matt talks to God, he listens to God, and he thinks God wanted him to do this," said the suspect's mother Georjean Derosia.

She said her son used to work at a newborn intensive care unit at a Metro hospital as a housekeeper and became attached to the children in the nursery.

According to Georjean, Derosia became so attached, that he couldn't bear the thought that any child would be aborted

"He saw all these little babies that made it and he heard all these horror stories about the babies that made it in the trash can making noise. It made him sick," Georjean said holding back tears. "He worries about these babies that get aborted and he obsesses on it."

Cottage Grove man gets 111 days in Planned Parenthood crash

 A Cottage Grove man who drove his truck into the front of a Planned Parenthood clinic on the anniversary of the U.S. Supreme Court's decision legalizing abortion was sentenced to the 111 days he has already served.

If Matthew Lee Derosia, 33, follows rules of his probation for the next five years, his conviction will be reduced from a felony to a misdemeanor, Ramsey County District Judge John Van de North ruled Tuesday.

Derosia pleaded guilty to one count of criminal damage to property in the Jan. 22 incident at the clinic at 1965 Ford Parkway in St. Paul's Highland Park neighborhood. When police arrived, he was standing by the truck, holding a crucifix and shouting Bible verses, according to the criminal complaint in the case.

No one was injured in the crash.
