When Hitler killed himself, he was stopped, but justice wasn't done. Many godly men tried to kill him before that, in order to stop him. If Dietrich Bonhoeffer had succeeded, justice would have been served, though he probably still would have died in prison.
Every year George Tiller murdered thousands of innocent babies for money. He killed preborn babies throughout the whole nine months of pregnancy. He broke Kansas laws but always got away with it without going to jail. He settled his lawsuits for damaging and killing women out of court. He could afford it, since killing a baby at eight or nine months gestation paid about $3,000 or more of blood money. He needed to be killed for the sake of justice (Numbers 35:33 '...blood it defiles the land, and the land cannot be cleansed of the blood that is shed therein, but by the blood of him that shed it.')
Whatever happens in the Kansas courtroom, justice was done on May 31, AD 2009.
