Donna Holman’s Appellate Decision is shown below this writing. It is a one page 5 paragraph decision. Notice under “conclusions” Judge Sylvia A. Lewis mistakenly concludes that the “events” took place at “Emma Goldman” another abortion clinic in Iowa City. Emma Goldman is the abortion clinic where Dan Holman fought and lost a court battle on a similar injunction.

 Did Judge Sylvia A. Lewis study the court documents of Donna Holman’s trial or is Sylvia Lewis in collusion with the baby-killers?

A female judge, a female bailiff, 2 female prosecutors conducted a kangaroo trial against Donna Holman; 2 female Planned Parenthood witnesses gave hearsay testimony against Donna in a courtroom filled with well dressed Planned Parenthood sympathizers.

Though subpoenaed by the defense, Donna’s accusers did not show up for court. Judge Karen Edgerton ruled that the defense did not need Donna’s accusers to conduct a fair and impartial trial. When Donna’s accusers failed to appear her case should have never to trial.

 The 6th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution states:

  “In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defence.”

When her accusers failed to answer their subpoena, the charges against Donna Holman should have been dismissed.

Sylvia A. Lewis’s clumsy appellate ruling is further evidence of the collusion of baby-murder in Iowa City, Iowa, where the rule of baby-murder reaches to highest places in government.

Below are some video scenes of the events which were judged by Judge Egerton to be harassment on the part of Donna Holman which resulted in 1 year probation, the payment of $760.00 in fines, and the order that get evaluated by a psychiatrist and submit to his psychiatric treatment!  It was Donna's failure to visit a psychiatrist which brought about imprisonment for 30 days.  Not the following facts underlying the original conviction which led to the inordinate restrictions including the mandate to see a shrink and submit to his "treatment."  The court practiced malfeasance from the start.

View the film provided by Holman for the court.  Even though the well protected Planned Parenthood facility had four cameras in place which, one may fairly assume, were operational, Planned Parenthood employees' testimonies were relied upon by Judge Egerton.  In fact, no films were produced by PP to prove the "harassment" and "disorderly conduct" complaint by PP that was the basis for the arrest.  Moreover,  the alleged victims of the harassment were not compelled to appear in court and give testimony to the (apparently fictitious) harassment! Rather,  the testimony of PP employees regarding the so-called harassment of clients entering the facility was accepted by Magistrate Egerton.

NOW COMES THE DEFENDANT, DONNA JEAN HOLMAN, pro se; being of sound mind, and of a sound body, pursuant to Iowa Code section 902.4, to move this court to reconsider its sentence in the above titled case.

I find it strange and disingenuous for a woman, especially for a mother, not to recognize the humanity and worth of a child in the womb. I find it especially strange and abhorrent that a female judge would somehow think it is normal for Planned Parenthood to systematically kill babies in the womb, but abnormal for me to oppose these serial killers.

Is it not hypocritical for this court to acknowledge a woman's purported right in seeking medical help for destroying her child, while denying me the basic right to refuse “medical help?” I believe psychiatry to be a
psuedoscience on par with astrology, fortune telling, and palm reading.

Must I be punished for my refusal to recognize psychiatry as a legitimate medical science? What gives this court the right to order medical help for which I have no need or desire? Is it not “my body, my choice?” Must I also ingest mind altering psychotropic drugs prescribed by a psychiatrist to satisfy this court order? Does this court routinely order psychiatric evaluations for misdemeanor convictions?

If I were physically or mentally impaired I should indeed be pitied. This court is apparently questioning my morality! This court is acting as if it were lawful and morally righteous to slaughter the unborn. Yet
35 years ago it was unlawful, and unrighteous. Does changing the law change morality? Does changing the law change right or wrong? Does changing the law change the reality of aborticide?

In 1856, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that a Negro is “chattel.” By denying Dred Scott his freedom, slavery was made “safe and legal.” Had I stood before this court for opposing slavery or the “Jim Crow laws” instead of aborticide, would this court suspect me of being mentally
deficient or ill?

Prior to the 1973 Roe v. Wade decision, the humanity of the unborn child was understood; his status as a “legal person” was unquestioned. It is the same perversion of law which refused to recognize the humanity and worth of “the Negro” that denies equal protection under the law to the
child in the womb.

Outside this courthouse, on numerous occasions, I have demonstrated the humanity and worth of the pre-born child. I have displayed pictures of aborted babies which should have excited compassion on their behalf. I have also distributed literature on these very court house steps with statistics of abortions in Iowa.

One out of every 3 children In Iowa is killed by aborticide. The Iowa Department of Public Health reports that 7,564 Iowa children were “terminated” in 2006. It is a great evil which permits this holocaust under color of law.

It is unjust for this court to find me guilty of harassment, to forbid me from performing my ministry to the pre-born at Planned Parenthood, to sentence me to a year’s probation, ordering me to get a psychiatric examination, and obey psychiatric advice.

Since I have been enjoined from being at Planned Parenthood there is nobody there to advise desperate women against aborticide! In consideration of the 4 days I have been incarcerated for this unjust conviction, I respectively request that this court prayerfully reconsider my sentence. Donna Jean Holman, pro se

On November 1, 2006, All Saints Day, at Planned Parenthood in Iowa City, Iowa, Donna Holman was charged with Disorderly Conduct and Harassment.

Her trial was Friday, January 26th, 2007.

 Two fe-he-male prosecutors refused to produce the subpoenaed murdering mother who accused donna of harassment. Don't you know that abortion clinics have a right to kill in private?

 The fe-he-male  judge allowed the lying hearsay testimony of 3 fe-he-male Planned Parenthood workers and 2 fe-he-male police into evidence.

 The right to kill triumphs over all other rights including the 6th Amendment right to confront witnesses, and the right to a fair and impartial trial.

 Donna was found guilty of Disorderly Preaching and of harassing unknown persons. The outcome of the trial was determined the week before she was arrested.

 She was given 30 days in jail suspended upon completion of 1 year probation and payment of $760.00 in fines. In addition, she is ordered to get a mental evaluation from a psychiatrist and to do whatever she-he tells her to do!

Those who murder children are legally sane, and those who oppose abortion are mentally incompetent.

Another condition of her probation is she keep away from PP and all its workers of iniquity for 1 year. She will have to return to court after one year to try and get her 1st Amendment rights restored.

Donna is going to refuse probation and will do the jail time instead.

On an unrelated topic: Donna and I will be out of communication from January 29th to February 8th, 2007 God has us on a special mission. Sorry for the secrecy, we will fill you in on the details upon our return.

Dr. Doom illustrates his “Impartial Death Abortion” technique which he has personally developed. It is a combination of the Partial Birth Abortion technique and a good old fashion knife in the back. It guarantees death to any child. It is easy money. There are plenty of stupid “poor choice” women willing to pay the fee. “The babies don't put up much of a fight” he says as he describes in detail their struggle for escape. “Women abortionists are no good!” he shouts, “It takes a real man to kill a baby!” He reaches into his garbage can full of dead babies to administer an anesthetic. “Babies feel the pain” he says as he gives himself a swig of liquor to deaden his conscience. A crying doll can be heard inside the garbage can. A rope around his neck (an abortionist's necktie) is occasionally jerked. You can spot the baby-killers in the passing crowds by their scowl, others smile at the display.

In order to appreciate heaven, one should experience a little hell. We do not consider a surgeon unkind who cuts away at the cancer consuming our flesh. We willing surrender our healthy flesh nearest the disease to keep it from spreading.

There were about 20 anti-abortion people with signs, preaching, and distributing literature outside this conference. We help polarize anti-abortion ACOG attendees from those whom are pro-abortion. A 17,000 member Christian Medical Association inside the ACOG is warring against ACOG policies. The ACOG is promoting legislation which requires all conscientiously opposed physicians into referring their patients for abortions. The ACOG is also promoting the use of the so-called “morning after” early abortion pill. Many of these doctors associated with the Christian Medical Association thanked us for being there.

Campus Ministry

This spring we preached on campuses in Illinois, Wisconsin, Michigan, and Iowa. The campus season is short due to in climate weather. We need temperatures above 50 degrees to attract a crowd. Our last bit of campus ministry was the commencement at the University of Iowa Medical College. We had just returned from the ACOG conference. We urged these medical graduates to use their education and skill for good not for evil, to preserve life not to take life. There are too many abortionists, and Kevorkian types in the medical field.

The American Medical Association endorses every Frankensteinian scientific experiment and procedure. The ACOG has never refused to accredit any abortion procedure, they even approve of the D & X procedure where the baby is partially delivered, technically still in the womb, a hole is punctured with a scissors in the back of the baby's skull and his brains are sucked out. This is an ACOG approved abortion. The ACOG has never failed to accredit an abortionist no matter how sullied his reputation.

Evil doers inside the AMA are foisting an unethical, immoral agenda on society. It will take courage and moral intestinal fortitude for these new doctors to resist and fight these devilish forces. We were at this commencement to encourage those who will be taking up the fight. We also met not a few of their foes. One student told me he was going to be an abortionist. So be it. He is exposed.

Death Camp report

These past couple of months, Randy Crawford from Coralville, IA has helped us at Planned Parenthood in Iowa City. He is the only Iowa person to assist us in over 3 ½ years of ministry!

Randy was a medical student at the University of Iowa. He claims he was poisoned by sodomites. He is currently on disability. Randy is agnostic. He is enthusiastic and sincere in speaking up for the babies. He has helped us with at least two saves and numerous turn-a-ways. Donna and I usually don't confirm the saves, but Randy is interested in what made them decide to keep the baby. It is usually the graphic pictures and the preaching which get to them.

Many believe those who counsel at abortion clinics should offer some sort of an alternative or help to those who decide to keep their baby. Few of them need our help. Most of them have family, friends, churches, community, or government support. We do not see children starving on the streets of America. We do not want to be too helpful as to enable them to persist in a sinful lifestyle. It is sort of like enabling an alcoholic to drink. It is enough for us to be at the portals of death to speak up for their baby, urging them to do the right thing.
